The Loft

The Loft was fully renovated in 2018 and refreshed in 2023. The space is entered off street level, it's the front part of the main building but a completely self-contained space with a separate entrance. Each room is sun filled, a benefit of being south facing. The decor is industrial farmhouse, with wood accent walls, fresh whites and black colour pallet and refurbished furniture throughout. In the living room you'll be amazed at the original oak ceiling beams. The kitchen is spacious and bright with open shelves and cozy wood design walls. The bathroom finishes are clean and modern. The bedroom is a large space, with a custom built in headboard feature wall and comfy queen bed. 

 

The Little House

It is believed that The Little House was built prior to 1771 and this is where the family lived as they built the barn and main house.

 

We started fully renovating in the spring of 2022. We took our time to enjoy the process and ensure everything was done properly and it was fully completed in the spring 2023.
